Battery-Kutter is one of the Top Companies 2026

The employer review platform kununu has once again named us a Top Company 2026. The award is based on independent reviews by employees on the platform. Battery-Kutter is thus one of the companies with the best working environment in Germany, as only around five per cent of all companies on kununu are named Top Companies each year.

"We congratulate Battery-Kutter on once again receiving the Top Company seal. For the third year in a row – that's something very special,‘ says Nina Zimmermann, CEO of kununu. ’Only five percent of companies qualify for this special seal. This sends a positive signal, both as a flagship for potential applicants and as a reflection of the corporate culture internally to employees. As a result, 71 per cent of companies that received the seal saw an increase in the number of applications. A full 81 per cent also recognise the award as an important part of their employer brand strategy."
