SSB Battery SB/SBL series

The batteries in the SB/SBL series have a service life of 10–12 years according to EUROBAT. Thanks to their compact design, the 12V batteries are particularly suitable for use in battery cabinets.

SSB Battery SBH series

The SBH series complements the SB/SBL series with a new design and glass fibre mat technology. The series comprises three different 12V battery packs, which vary in terms of their current capacity. Owing to their voltage rating and high discharge current, they are ideally suited for use as rechargeable batteries in emergency power and UPS systems. This series achieves a service life of 6–9 years according to EUROBAT.

SSB Battery SBL-HR Xtreme series

If you’re looking for a battery with a long service life and a high discharge current, then the SBL-HR Xtreme is the perfect choice. Compared with the previous series, they deliver 30 per cent more high-current output whilst taking up less space. Furthermore, all batteries in the SBL-HR Xtreme series are fitted with a V0-rated plastic casing. This is flame-retardant in accordance with the UL 94 standard and ensures optimum safety. Thanks to their properties, the SBL-HR Xtreme batteries are ideally suited for use as batteries and rechargeable batteries in UPS and diesel starter applications.

SSB Battery Grid Power series

The SSB Grid Power series offers a high-performance and long-lasting alternative to conventional lead-acid batteries. These maintenance-free, high-temperature lead-acid batteries have been specially developed for reliable use in demanding applications such as emergency power, UPS and BSV systems. Thanks to their robust construction and high temperature resistance, they deliver a long service life even under extreme conditions.

With a service life of up to 15 years at ambient temperatures of 35 °C (EUROBAT classification: >12 years, Very Long Life) these batteries are characterised by maximum operational reliability and high cost-efficiency. The reduced maintenance requirements and low energy costs offer significant potential for savings, whilst the carbon footprint is significantly reduced.

SSB Pure Lead Power series

Our brand-new SSB Pure Lead Power series features high-performance pure lead AGM batteries suitable for a variety of applications. The lead-acid batteries are equipped with TPPL (Thin Plate Pure Lead) technology. This is the only technology that offers the genuine benefits of pure lead. Here’s an overview:

• Pure lead, sealed, flame-retardant UL94-V0 housing
• TPPL technology (‘Thin Plate Pure Lead’)
