This year, the afternoon was all about optimisation: colleagues from various departments presented improvements that had already been implemented and new approaches. A powerful example of just how much potential lies in our collective expertise.
The evening began with a status update from Hendrik and Kai, as well as an outlook on the future development of Battery-Kutter. We also had the pleasure of welcoming Maren Knauer to the team as our new Change & Leadership Manager. Due to our strong growth, structured development and optimisation processes are becoming increasingly important – Maren will be supporting us in this going forward.
In glorious weather, the Energizer Afternoon drew to a close with cool drinks and tasty snacks outside in front of our warehouse.
A big thank you to our HR team for the fantastic organisation and to everyone from #teamkutter for a brilliant evening. It was an all-round successful event full of interesting insights.
