Competition for qualified employees is fierce. This makes it all the more important to draw attention to yourself as an attractive employer. With this in mind, Roos Consult, together with Professor Werner Sarges from Helmut Schmidt University Hamburg, selects ‘Hamburg's best employers’ every year.
And we won again this year - Battery Kutter is one of Hamburg's best employers!
"We wanted to show that our company philosophy works and put a stamp on our mission statement. That's why we decided to take part in the competition again," says Saskia Schultheis (Team Lead HR & Administration Manager).
The seal of approval immediately signals outstanding employer quality and serves as a guide for applicants. In addition, the feedback gained provides valuable information for improving the company's own HR work.
The award is based on qualified empirical surveys of employees and managers and standardised audits, which makes this seal special. After all, companies can only receive this award if their employees really feel comfortable at their employer.
