The LEOCH Pure Lead PLH Long Life series offers authentic pure lead front terminal batteries based on TPPL technology. TPPL stands for "Thin Plate Pure Lead", the only technology that offers the real advantages of pure lead. Due to their extremely long service life, TPPL technology pure lead batteries are an excellent product alternative to conventional OGi and OPzS batteries.

The PLH front terminal batteries have been specially designed for applications that - under demanding conditions - require a high discharge rate over a short period of time and a long service life (20 years). In addition, the batteries have a high temperature resistance (-40 °C ~ +65 °C) and fast rechargeability. Operation at higher temperatures enables savings in energy and maintenance costs as well as a reduction in the CO2 footprint.

The main areas of application for the PLH series are BSV/USV systems, emergency and safety lighting and telecommunications.
