The DISQTrust award for our outstanding service quality is a special honour for us and, above all, a tribute to our fantastic team, who use their expertise every day to seek out and find the best possible solutions for our customers. DISQTrust is a brand of the German Institute for Service Quality (DISQ), which has been conducting objective market analyses to assess service quality in Germany for almost 20 years.
The award is based on a comprehensive analysis of key service factors – including personal customer contact, recommendation rates, the quality of the website, and the user-friendliness of digital service elements. Particularly in the distribution and development of energy systems, it is important to closely link technical expertise, transparency and a service-oriented approach.
