How we support our employees

At Battery-Kutter, people take centre stage. Because we know that our employees are our most important and valuable resource for achieving good results in the long term.

It is therefore particularly important to us to constantly support our employees and ensure that everyone who wants to learn something new is given the opportunity to do so.

We make this possible for our employees, for example, through dual study programmes, evening classes or further training. We always focus on the compatibility of work and further training, which we guarantee with flexible working hours and schedules.

Particularly when it comes to further training, we endeavour to make everything possible that will help the employee and our company to progress. This is why there is no fixed training budget.

However, continuous on-the-job training is also a matter of course for us. We therefore regularly offer training courses for important processes, tools or our products, such as Microsoft Office, hazardous goods or product training.

In addition to this professional support from our #teamkutter, we also have a number of benefits that provide support in the private sphere. Whether it's a work-life balance or the option of a company car, company sports and a free lunch provided by an in-house chef three times a week. We want our employees to feel at home and to be able to develop themselves further.
