Focus on dialogue, teamwork and clear objectives

In mid-April, this year’s team leader off-site took place at the Steigenberger Hotel Treudelberg. The aim was to review our leadership principles and work together to further develop their implementation. Divided into three groups, we focused on teamwork, process optimisation, KPIs and the achievement of our corporate goals.

The discussion was open and constructive, with plenty of support between experienced and new team leaders. The change of perspective and working outside the day-to-day business did us all good.

As always, we rounded off the day with a group dinner. All in all, it was a productive and valuable day with a great atmosphere and plenty of teamwork.
